Hello, I’m Soo Williams — a holistic therapist, clinical hypnotist, healer, reflexologist, and remedial massage practitioner.
But before all of that, I am a woman who rebuilt herself from the ground up after losing my husband.
Becoming a widow changed everything.
It reshaped my identity, my body, my emotions, my beliefs, and the direction of my life.
It taught me what it truly means to navigate pain, grief, sleepless nights, overwhelm, loneliness, uncertainty, and the deep questioning that happens when everything familiar falls away.
Through that journey, I discovered something profound:
Healing isn’t about “getting over” anything — it’s about gently becoming the next version of yourself.
It’s about calming your nervous system so you can breathe again.
It’s about releasing pain the body holds onto long after the mind wants to move forward.
It’s about changing habits that once helped you cope but no longer serve you.
And it’s about finding strength, clarity and self-trust in the middle of life’s most challenging transitions.
My own transformation led me to expand my skills far beyond traditional therapy.
Today, I combine:

- Clinical Hypnosis & Strategic Psychotherapy to rewire patterns, habits and beliefs
- RTT, Healing Vortex & Cell Command Therapy for deep emotional and energetic shifts

I work with women who are moving through their own turning points — perimenopause, grief, stress, relationship changes, identity shifts, weight struggles, sleep issues, chronic pain, or dependencies that developed during difficult times.
