- Donna Young I recently finished my 4th session of EMDR with Soo. The difference between how I felt about certain issues before my sessions and how I felt afterwards was amazing! At the start of my sessions, when I thought about the issues, I felt overwhelmed & uptight, my body felt tight & tense & my jaws were tight. Further into my sessions I had a sense of freedom & ease, my perception changed - I perceived things as smooth, straightforward, simple and clear. I could feel energy - a tingling sensation throughout my body - my hands, arms, feet, legs. Words such as ease, joy, & fun, came up into my mind & heart. As each of these words came up my face lightened, I felt peace, my jaw loosened, my face muscles felt free, a smile came to my face, my smile got bigger, my eyes brightened / came to life, & I giggled here and there. There was a lot of activity in my body.
It gave me an awareness that I need to not take myself & tasks so seriously - I need to go about tasks & life in general with joy & fun. I look forward to experiencing the changes in my life - my perception of life, from the awareness & clarity that these sessions enabled me to receive.
- Tia I was referred to go and see Soo by a GP and I am so glad I did. I have seen her every week for the past four weeks and she is amazing. Her manner is very kind and gentle and she is very knowledgeable, but don't let her kind nature fool you into thinking you are going to get a relaxing gentle massage. You won't!!! But what you will get is some relief. I have had a dickey neck nearly all my life and have never found someone who could loosen all my muscles and joints like Soo. I would recommend her to anyone.

I also sat in on Soo's Integumentary System Hypnotherapy Session this week. This particular session was for the muscles. I could feel the energy running through my body. Lovely to experience a sense of aliveness in my body!

She has been providing remedial massage for foot pain and helped with those issues considerably. She has an awesome understanding of your body and as I discovered later also your mind. Since meeting her I have undergone a hypnotherapy program to change long term habitual behaviours I wanted to be relieved of. Too early to tell if it's permanent but I am off to an amazingly good start with her help.
Highly recommend her but be a bit brave. Nothing great is very often easy !

I have only had two sessions with Soo but fully believe that she is the answer to 10 years of chronic pain. Highly recommend.

My entire body felt like 1,000 shimmering points of light as she worked on me. I could actually feel the energy coursing up and down my body, even after she had finished and I was waiting for my friend who also had a great experience with Soo. - An I’ve had knee pain for over a year, which ultimately led to leg, hip and back pain. After two sessions I was virtually pain free and had so much more mobility. Soo provides remedial DEEP tissue massage which at times is painful but a few days later the results are incredible. It is hard to go back after the first appointment but I would highly recommend persevering as the long term benefit far exceeds any short term pain/discomfort during her sessions. I truly cannot believe the difference it’s made.
