What Is Strategic Hypnotherapy?
Strategic Hypnotherapy is a holistic, multi-layered approach that draws on several therapeutic traditions — including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, energy-based healing and subconscious reprogramming.
- It works with both mind (subconscious beliefs, emotions, mental patterns) and body (cellular memory, energetic alignment).
- It aims not just to manage symptoms, but to uncover root causes, heal underlying wounds, and install new, empowering patterns.
- Because it integrates different modalities, each session can be tailored to what you truly need — whether that’s emotional healing, behavioural change, energetic cleansing, or rewiring for abundance.
Modalities We Use
RTT is a powerful, modern therapy developed by Marisa Peer. It’s a hybrid — part hypnotherapy, part psychotherapy, part neuro-linguistic and cognitive-behavioural methods.
How RTT works:
- Through hypnosis, you enter a deeply relaxed yet aware state.
- We gently guide you to uncover hidden subconscious beliefs, memories or patterns formed early in life — the root causes behind fears, blocks, habits or emotional pain.
- Once these root causes are revealed, we reframe and reinterpret them from a new, adult perspective — effectively “rewiring” your internal narrative.
- Then, we install new, empowering beliefs, habits or mindsets designed to support the life you want.
Benefits of RTT:
RTT is effective for a wide variety of challenges — anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions or compulsive behaviors, low self-esteem, weight issues, performance or confidence blocks, chronic emotional or physical patterns, etc.
Because it targets root causes, many clients experience deep and lasting change often within 1–3 sessions.
Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy
While RTT is a structured hybrid modality, clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy refer to more traditional — and widely understood — methods of working with the mind and emotion, often through talk therapy + guided hypnosis.
- Hypnotherapy involves inducing a relaxed, focused state (hypnosis) in which the subconscious mind becomes more open to suggestion. In that state, therapists can help you release limiting beliefs, heal trauma, change behaviours, reduce anxiety, stress, or support personal growth.
- In combination with psychotherapy, this approach can also address deeper emotional and psychological issues — helping you process trauma, grief, anxiety, and re-pattern thought/emotional responses.
Clinical hypnotherapy + psychotherapy is great when: you want gentle, ongoing support; you have complex emotional or psychological issues; or you prefer a slower, more integrative healing path rather than rapid rewiring.
Healing Vortex & Cell Command Therapy (Mind-Body & Soul-Level Healing)
As part of Strategic Hypnotherapy, we incorporate deeper body-mind and energetic healing modalities:
- Healing Vortex — an imagery-based, guided hypnosis process where you visualise a swirling vortex of healing energy moving through your body. This vortex helps you release old, unhelpful beliefs and patterns (emotional, mental, energetic), clearing subconscious blocks — e.g. around wealth, self-worth, trauma, or self-sabotage.
- Cell Command Therapy — this technique works at the cellular level: under deep hypnosis, you guide your body’s cells with mental commands to heal, restore, and return to their optimal state. It’s based on the understanding that mind and body are deeply interconnected: what happens in consciousness can influence physical, energetic, and cellular processes.
These modalities aim to support healing not only on a mental/emotional level — but physically, energetically and spiritually. This can amplify transformation and support deeper, holistic healing.
